To be eligible to receive payments for your AdSense account, all publishers are asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). PINs are printed on postcards and white size 4.5 x 6 inch (11.4 x 15.2 cm)

Why need PIN?
PIN code is necessary to verify the accuracy of contact information and helps ensure that you can get paid.
When will get a PIN?
Google Adsense PIN code will be printed and sent by regular mail in a few days after your account balance reaches first verification (usually $ 10). PINs typically arrive within 2-4 weeks, but may take longer depending on your location.
How long to enter a PIN?
You have 6 months to enter the PIN after the initial release. If you do not enter a PIN within 4 months, Google Adsense will replace the paid advertisements on your site with ads unpaid Public Service. If you still have not entered a PIN within 6 months, your account will be disabled and the income not paid will be refunded to the appropriate advertisers.
What should I do if not get a PIN?
If you do not get the first PIN, you can request 2 replacement PINs. For instructions on how to request a new PIN code
If you have not received a PIN code or if the code has been lost, you can request up to two additional PINs. Please note that you will need to wait 3 weeks after your last PIN was mailed before requesting a new PIN code.
To request a new PIN code:
Log into your AdSense account at https://www.google.com/adsense
Click on the My Account tab

Click Request a new PIN code
Meanwhile, Google adsense will send a new PIN by mail to the address in your account. If your address has changed, please update your account before requesting a new PIN code.
If you request a maximum of 3 PINs and have not received any code within 90 days, then log into your account. You will see a notice on the Reports Overview page with further instructions. Or you can contact the GA to submit papers related to it as people's identity card or a Bill to it that the confirmation and the account will be automatically confirmed without a PIN.
