Google Getting Stricter on Anti-Piracy Sites

Google announced that it would be implementing new measures in its quest to ban sites that are guilty of copyright infringement from its services.

These measures include amongst others, the improvement of the AdSense Anti-Piracy review, which will act to expel copyright violators from the AdSense Program and a measure to prevent piracy related terms from appearing in Autocomplete.

Google acknowledged that knowing exactly what search terms were used to find infringing content would be difficult. However, Autocomplete would be prevented from showing terms that are frequently used in searches for content that infringed copyrights.

This is good news for businesses that rely on their copyrights for income. Have you had any serious problems with copyright infringement? How were you able to resolve it?
